Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, wax melts, or gift items once they have been purchased.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us assist you, include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Candles and wax melts  
• Gift sets  
• Seasonal or limited-edition items  
• Items purchased through local pickup

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
