Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are hand-packed with care and typically ship within 2–4 business days. During seasonal launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely.
A small handling fee is included in calculated shipping rates to cover packaging materials and careful preparation of your order.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not change our standard processing time. Orders are still hand-packed within 2–4 business days before shipment.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for friends/family by prior arrangement only.
Orders placed using local pickup without prior arrangement may be canceled and refunded.
If local pickup is selected at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Pickup time and location will be coordinated after checkout. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your items.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Damaged Orders
We take great care to package our products securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
